week 24: Bed Rest begins.

Hi all,

Well the doc has had enough and he has put Amy on bed rest. She is allowed to go up and down the stairs once per day, and only allowed to walk to and from the bathroom. Obviously, Amy has stopped working.

The twins are still ok, they are just concerned with how short the cervix is getting. There isn't any dilation yet.

The 40 week due date is Feb 7. We hope that the twins will at least wait until week 34. There is a chance that they may come earlier. I think the Dr mentioned that they can survive after week 28, but we hope they will take thier time.

More scans on Tuesday.

22 weeks: Boy and a Girl - for sure now!

Hurray, new ultrasounds.

Some of you have asked if we have choosen names for them yet.
Twin A is a boy, to be named Tyler Jason Vincent.
Twin B is a girl, to be named Kristina Amy Vincent.

We got really great views this time. What's this... 3 legs? Whoohoo, way to go Tyler. Kristina also decided not to be so shy this time. She gave a real nice profile shot. Perhaps we have a movie star in the family.

Amy is feeling fine. 1 or two things we will be keeping eye on due to there being twins, but no major concerns yet.
